为什么要用精准治疗法Why do we need precision treatment for tendonitis.

肌腱炎是除感冒之外最普遍的疾病，肌腱炎包括鼠标手、妈妈手、网球肘和大部伤的腰背痛、脖子痛、关节痛、肩周炎等。症状是疼痛。 

 疼痛性疾病，在临床上涉及面非常广泛，牵扯到临床各个科室。有些疼痛，不用治疗经过自身修复就可自愈。有些疼痛，治疗不当，就会转化成慢性疼痛。

目前，肌腱炎疼痛的治疗方法有：
1、药物疗法：口服镇痛药物，激素注射，体表喷雾止痛剂，经皮贴剂。
2、非药物方法：按摩理疗，热敷，针灸，中医药，运动等。
3、新型治疗法：以微创技术为主，包括神经介入、神经阻滞、微创外科手术等。
4、未来技术：基因靶向治疗，特异抗体，特异抑制剂等。

疼痛治疗方法越多，说明越缺乏有效的治疗。

实际上所有这些方法都回避了最本质的问题，就是没有直接针对病源。以至于病因始终没有被解除，治疗结果也不理想。 因此，为了解除病因我们采用了精准冶疗法开发出了精准治疗产品agelpuncture.。 这一产品是胶体（英文：gel），并且精准作用到源受体（puncture)，所以我们给这—产品取名为agelpuncture

精准治疗已经悄悄的来到了人们的身边。我们正在推出第一个疼痛的精准治疗产品: A-gel-puncture。那么什么是精准治疗? 精准治疗与传统治疗有什么不同？

精准治疗是药物直接作用于病源受体，所以见效比传统药物快，治愈率也更高,用药量十分小。大部分传统西药也是作用于受体，但只是作用于某一个受体，而不是病源受体，评价指标是有效率而不是治愈率。大部分中药没有作用于受体的证据，疗效不太可靠和治愈率不太高。精准治疗的缺点是治疗范围很窄。比如说 A-gel-puncture对肌腱炎引起的疼痛效果非常好但是对风湿性关节炎引起的疼痛则完全无效。

How to use a-gel-puncture?

A-gel-puncture is a natural topical product; it is very safe and easy to use.  All you have to do is to apply a thin layer on the intended area and please do not rub.  You will feel something is going on in the pain area. You may feel cold at the pain area immediately.  Several minutes later, you may have warm feeling, and the warm feeling will go away in a short time. In the meantime, your pain will start to go away.  The pain area with more muscle around will have stronger feeling; but each person’s feeling may be different.

 

Though the pain can be eliminated in a short time, it takes longer time to heal. The time it takes to heal depends on three factors: (a) how severe the injury is; (b) how long do you have to the pain; (c) where is the pain located.  It takes longer if the pain have been long, the injury is severer, and there is more muscle around the pain area such as the low back. 

 

Specifically, in general, it only needs one day if you apply agelpuncture as soon as the pain started.  It may needs several days for the pain that have been about several weeks; It may take several months to heal for a pain that has been 10 years or longer.  

 

Complain: people may complain about the effectiveness because, after the first time use, the effectiveness seemed decreased.  That’s because, after the first time use, the level of pain is decreased, and the contrast of effectiveness is decreased accordantly. Please keep on applying it to the pain area if it worked at the first time.    

 

Limitation: It is limited to be used for tendonitis.  It is not effective for arthritis or sciatic nerve pain. 

 

Caution:  It is used topically only; do not get it into the eyes; do not use it on open wound; do not eat.  It does not have detectable negative side effect but may have positive side effect with increased energy feeling.  Use 3 times a day or use before working.

agelpuncture 是为治疗肌腱炎而专门研制的产品，肌腱炎包括鼠标手、妈妈手、网球肘和大部分的腰背痛、脖子痛、关节痛、肩周炎等。症状是疼痛。

由于是全天然外用产品，所以非常安全和方便使用。只要在疼痛部位轻轻涂上薄薄一层即可，但不要搓擦。疼痛部位很快会有清凉的感觉，这说明病源受体已经被定位。几分钟后这个清凉感会变为温热的感觉。这是药物与病源受体相互作用的结果。稍后疼痛和温热感会逐渐消失。但是每个人的感觉是有差异的。伤势越严重疼痛时间越长，疼痛部位肌肉越多感觉越明显。

虽然疼痛很快会消失，治愈则需要更长的时间。

疼痛刚起就用药，一般一到两天就可治好。

疼痛几个星期，一般几天就会好。

痛了十年以上的，可能需要治疗数月或更长一点的时间。

每天涂二到三次即可。

最好在睡前和疼痛发作时涂。

或者在工作开始前涂，这样疼痛就不会影响工作了。

由于是精准产品，agelpuncture 也有其局限性：

（1）只对肌腱炎（包括鼠标手、妈妈手、网球肘和大部份的腰背痛、脖子痛、关节痛、肩周炎等）有效。

（2）对风湿痛和坐骨神经痛则完全无效。

（3）有人抱怨笫一次使用效果非常明显，以后效果就不如以前，这是因为第一次使用后疼痛已经减弱，治疗效果的对比度也减小了。
